Complaint about Waste/Sewage Water Disconnection

We would like to bring to your attention that Few Months ago the wastage/Sewage water connection was Disconnected and even after several Reminders from our end, the concerned Area BWSSB Officials have not taken any action on Providing us the New Connection.

Regarding Open Chamber incomplete status

Respected Sir/Madam,

This is for your kind attention that, recently next the Open chamber connection Pipe has been fixed by BWSSB helpers which is adjacent to my house. But its not been closed completely and kept open always and due to that the rain water is getting stored in that pit hole leading to Mosquito colony.

And because of the open condition of the pit hole the people are using as the open toilet which...

Rrno e-121288/59-249

Gate locked and water meeter reading for bill on 05/09/2021 is Rs. 1191/- for consumption of 50000 Ltrs.

Actual Meter reading shows consumption only 26000 L. Please help revise the bill to reflect the correct consumption of water.

Drainage water overflow on roaddd

The road opposite 'new jerusalem' church, on hormavu agara road... near shalom car wash has the drainage pipe broken and water overflowing.. it's not been fixed for more than 1 month... please have this fixed ASAP...

Overflowing drainage

I'm complaining about the corporation water supply

Address: #904, Muniyappa, 4th cross, 2nd block, BSK 1st stage, Ashok Nagar, Bangalore-560050

The supply of corporation water is not given since 3 days (4th, 5th and 6th September 2021-today).

This has created a huge problem for our daily activities.

We have been contacting the line-man and officer of Ashok Nagar Mount Joy extension (560050), but they are not picking up the call. Their not at all responding and services are not at all satisfied.

Please make sure that this problem gets rectified...

Inability to login the tax payment portal

Address: 2594, SMV LAYOUT 6TH BLOCK, ULLALU UPANAGARA

All these days every month I used to login as customer, download the consumer bill, and make the payment online.
I am not able to login this time. A new interface CEG-CMS is not recognising my consumer details. The OTP is never sent to the mobile despite flashing the notification that it is sent.
Kindly rectify the website and make it responsive and active....

Overflowing from chamber

Complaint against damage to underground electric pipe connection by labours of bwssb

I would like to bring to your kind notice that recently the labours who were repairing the bwssb sewage connection to the drainage have damaged our electric cable connection underground which has resulted in failure of power connection to our house from the main poll.
This irresponsible work of the bwssb labours has resulted in power failure to my house and now I’m instructed by the BESCOM authorities to take...

Clearing of debris after drain chamber repair
