Yesterday(17/1/2017) i tried to withdraw cash from BOB, jayanagar, Ashokapiller ATM .after entering withdrawel money and press OK button it was showing TIME OUT..like that..then i asked with that security who was in ATM.He told some problem is there in machine like that..So i left from there..After half and hour i got message from my home bank like your cash debited like that..Plese help me to rectify the issue.At that time...

Deduction of Rs 8000 through IMPS on 08-08-2016.

Balance deducted while online payment through debit card

On 3 January 2017 at about 10:20 o'clock I was trying to add money in my Freecharge wallet but meanwhile payment failed and 400 rs was deducted from my account. And I could not get any refund regarding this deduction till today. I tried to contact customer care but after a no of trails I failed to contact them. Register for new atm pin number

Bank service and customer care

I am trying to call customer care from last 13-14 days.. and all the time message comes that. this is wrong number or number is busy, call some other time. and if by mistake call gets connected then after waiting for 15-20 minutes also no one answers the call. all the time its the same.. no answer...we are your customers. and we should not be treated like this.

i have international debit card. but i cant use it outside the...

Wrong charge

mera current account hai bob me maine 7 pages ka statement branch se liya or next day mere ac se rs 1208 debit kr liya gya. jiske bare me branch ne pahle koi jankari bhi nahi di or ab koch bhi nahi bata rahe h call center bhi kahta h ye rules h.this is very bad (HDFC-100 full, ICICI-100 full, SBI-25/page, BOB-150/page wow)

Wrong dishonor of cheque

We are having current a/c [protected] @ with your railway road sonipat branch and only ATM payments are credited in this ac and we had issued a cheque in favor of LIC Housing finance Ltd.. for Rs..4, 69.598/- on dated 3/1/2017 but today 12/1/2017 we came to know from your branch that cheque had been dishonored as ac had been blocked by data center with any information to us. This is a serious lapses and ours reputation has been effected....

Non payment in other branch except Home branch

Delay in clearings

From Last one & half month we are facing problem that our clearings were delayed 7-10 days due to which our we are using 40-60 lac extra. Sir this causes bearing of extra burden of interest. Regarding cheque book

I given chq.book page for new cheque book. Irecd SMS on 22dec ur chq.book dispatch, if not rec'd within 5 day contact branch. After 10 days I ask at branch, regarding the same. The office reply we have not your chq.book, inquary at post office for the same, I ask which post office, he say any post office, we have no any idea.
Pls look n this matter,
I yet not receive my cheque book till today...

Net banking transaction is not working

When I tried to order in online I chooses net banking, I entered into bank of baroda net banking site it asked me to enter user id and sign in password after that it showed me payment details and pressed pay option it went to authentication page to enter user name and transaction password after I entering it shows me this user transaction is disabled error message was popping up in the screen I want to what is the problem please let me know...

Debit card - transaction no S343329644

The transaction of Rs 1598 was made for purchase from EBAY . The payment was was blocked by payment gateway but amount has been debited to my account. Ebay has confirmed that they have not received payment. Complaint made to Baroda Connect Operation team on 17/10/2016. They have directed pos.[protected]@bobcards.com to rectify I am still waiting for rectification.

Amount deducted from bank but not received in paytm

Regarding account transfer

Customer care helpline no and bank employees does not help account hodler

Customer care and thier bank employees does not help proprly and they dont get coorect information to account holders.and thier bank employees dont talk topiescfully to account holder bank of baroda bank cheap bank another then to other bank and thier service is very poor and non.i have try to many time of customer care helpline no but ther doesnt repond....
