The bank officials at Bank of Baroda, B. T. Road Branch. Address 3476, B. T. Road, Kolkata 700090. is asking Rs. 1000 to open the Jan Dhan Yojana Account. They are saying that if I don't deposit Rs. 1000 thay will not open the account. But as far as I know that Jan Dhan Yojana Account does not need money to open the account, because opening such account is free. Please help me in this matter.
