Not dispensed cash from ATM but debited from account

Myself gone to bank of baroda atm adjacent to branch (Vishnu apartmnet, saltlake, sector-v, kolkata) on 30.11.2016 at 10.39am. Transaction in wrong account

Abusement and misuse of powers by bank staff

After the demonetization of 500 and 1000 rs notes its been 22 days and its i am struggling a lot to get new currency from bank.
