[Resolved]  Bank Of Baroda — Lin amount

Sir my account was suddenly frozen by the bank and when I got the check done then lien amount is showing in it 59000 and it is written in the remark how cybercrime I have no idea about it from where all this happened. Please sir help me get my lien amount removed. I tried going to the branch also but they didn't do anything.

Dear Sir,
I am Avinash B. Surve, residing at Vashi, New Mumbai, I am operating my S.B. Account since last 20 years, with your Vashi, Sector-17 Branch, Now it is shifted in the premises of MTNL. building.

Sir, since last 2 years, Pass Book machine is not working properly, hardly twice or thricely it is working in a month. When we account holders intimating to your staff with concern department, they are not replying properly, they are stating like "we are not sitting for this only", they are suggesting other loopholes. Please advise your staff to behave properly to the account holders.
