My ll test solt was booked on july 2022 but when i reached rto due to the crowd i was running late so my slot time was expired and later on rto yold me yo give ll teat online... Later when i tried next slot book it was after 1 month... So this time i gave my ll test and got ll within 1 month . Then after 1 month i applied for dl test and when i reached for dl skill test the asked me to give (blood group certificate) I didn't have tht so they asked me to give the 10th pass certificate i gave it to them but they said you don't have blood group certificate so get it in next slot book...when i arrived next time my slot was changed by rto due to some purpose and again my slot was after 1 months .. and on 14th dec when i got there I've done my everything and also given the test and passed but later they updated biomatric not present... Again today was my fate when i needed to give the test i gave biomatric and then verification and after that when arrived for the test i asked the rto official how to give the test they didn't say. Words .. and just said fail .. when i asked why they told my i wasn't supposed to give the test like that .. and now after few days my ll will be expiring... What to do now ... Kindly look after the behaviour of rto official and help me out from this situation ...
I live near dakshineswar and it's very difficult for me to visit rto this many times .. also I'm currently in 12th so my boards are also here ... Help me out please.
