Complaint marked as Resolved They have not resolved my complaint. Instead I have received a mail stating that the complaint has been resolved.
Again I have sent a mail as stating below.
Dear sir,
With reference to your mail,
I herewith strongly denounce your version. I received a call from your customer care person from a number +918171864148 at 12.50 pm on 17.06.2023. The call which we have discussed for 1 min 52 seconds. He asked me for the details of the complaint and order number. At that time, I was driving and I told him that please call around 3.00 pm same day, I will provide all the details. But after this I have not received any call from your end.
After that I have received your mail.
But it is ridiculous that in your mail stating that “Your ticket - About Your Bata Product - has now been closed. We had communicated to you regarding the resolution of your ticket 24 hours ago and since there was no response from your side, we assume that the concern you raised is now resolved. We also regret any inconvenience caused while you made an effort to seek assistance from us, but we also hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction”.
The person who called me asked for the details of the complaint. I was surprised, even though I have mentioned all the details with photos, invoices etc. in the primary complaint mail, why he is asking the details further. I think to close this case and avoid the replacement of the product to the customer you have sent this mail stating that the case has been closed.
