[Resolved]  Bata India — Hush Puppies Men TAYLOR Slip ON Shoes - UK 10 Color Black[protected] | B0BN175QBK (B0BN175QBK)-Stitching complaint

I have purchased Hush Puppies Men TAYLOR Slip ON Shoes through Amazon E-Commerce platform on 27.05.2023. On 12.06.2023 I found that the stitching on the top surface of the R side shoe is tearing and coming out. I have complained this to Bata India customer care on 16.06.2023 and they said that this issue has to be highlighted to Amazon company only. And they have sent a Email to me regarding this.
Then I have contacted Amazon India on 16.06.2023, they said that the warranty/replacement period for this said purchase has been expired on 08.06.2023 and we will not accept your complaint..
I have purchased this product after analyzing the product information from Bata India web site. In that, I got the information that the Hush Puppies shoes are having 90 days of manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase.
Now neither the Bata India nor the Amazon India is not accepting my complaint.
The nature of the complaint is, the stitching in the top portion of the right side shoe is tearing and separating. This is due to manufacturing fault. They are selling this faulty product through E-commerce platform. I, citizen of India are trusting and buying this product, but after sale the both companies are not responsive.
I have been using this same type product for more than 15 years. I have disappointed by the way they responded.
Please direct them to replace the product.

They have not resolved my complaint. Instead I have received a mail stating that the complaint has been resolved. Again I have sent a mail as stating below. Dear sir, With reference to your mail, I herewith strongly denounce your version. I received a call from your customer care person from a number +918171864148 at 12.50 pm on 17.06.2023. The call which we have discussed for 1 min 52 seconds. He asked me for the details of the complaint and order number. At that time, I was driving and I told him that please call around 3.00 pm same day, I will provide all the details. But after this I have not received any call from your end. After that I have received your mail. But it is ridiculous that in your mail stating that “Your ticket - About Your Bata Product - has now been closed. We had communicated to you regarding the resolution of your ticket 24 hours ago and since there was no response from your side, we assume that the concern you raised is now resolved. We also regret any inconvenience caused while you made an effort to seek assistance from us, but we also hope that the ticket was resolved to your satisfaction”. The person who called me asked for the details of the complaint. I was surprised, even though I have mentioned all the details with photos, invoices etc. in the primary complaint mail, why he is asking the details further. I think to close this case and avoid the replacement of the product to the customer you have sent this mail stating that the case has been closed.
