i purchased a norman(casual shoe) article no. 851-8001 which costs me 1499 rupees when i purchased it on 17 dec 2013 from ur bata shoe store, mount road 3, no.38 annasalai mount road, chennai 6000013 with a warrnty of two months today i went there because some tearning itself issue comes in it n cut also come so he said he will replace it but on the same model price increased n comes to 1699rupees so what you think i have to do with any my fault extra money i have to put. i want you to resolve this issue without paying extra money. reply me on my contacts [protected]@gmail.com contact no. shoes is not proper

I bought the shoes yesterday only and the size of shoes is not correct. So i took back the shoes back and they are not ready to replace it. There is no sort of damages from my ward
