Second worst experience from Bata.

First mail I sent, but no reply yet from bata, but this time I'm not going to sit quiet after sending this mail. I'll wait for 2 days for a response from Bata, and then will move to consumer court and file a complaint against Bata with proofs.

I bought one pair Slipper in Basaveswar Nagar branch 25th April 2012 and on the same day I traveled to chick Mangalore, on the same I started to use the slipper and it was crunch for both the side. After 14 days (31st march) they canceled my order and they mailed me and say they want refund my money now today is 26 April and they did not refund my money.
