I purchased Berger Roof Guard Paint around 20 to 30 months back (approximate) and apply on our terrace...

Actually our plan was apply white cement for reducing hot and protect our building...

Also I have a very good experience with white cement which I apply, ...
before 6 years and still performing excellent condition and Very less cost...100% maintenance free ...

Then we called our expert painting person and discus with him ...
That time he was suggested Berger Roof Guard Paint.
And he said it had 5 years warranty. ..

Then we go for it with very high expectations with ...
another very high EXPENSE...

Unfortunately our

EXPECTATIONS ..

EXPERIENCE...

EXPENSES...

Are in not longer...

Very shamefully I Am saying that painting stayed not even 2 months long ...

Then we called painter and he said he will call and talk with shop and company...

Started from that day he was struggling with our pressure...

No one come or communicated with us or him... .
last myself i started to called your respective people...
It was from last 8/9 months.
Finally a person came and take some pictures then he gone ..

He said it will transfer to his senior boss and company...now ..

Some one contact you soon And problem will solve soon ..
It happened approx 2 months back...
But No one responded ...

3 days back i called him again...,

And i got a wonderful answer...
i will transfer photos to my boss and latter he will call you ...

Is 2 months need for reporting an issue...???

Then how my painter get justice, ???

Because of your BAD product he was loose his new works ...

How he can suggest again your Painting products for other consumers...

How he can trust your product...

Remember ... We are Struggling with more than a 20 months...

Then I collect mobile number of another executive ...
He said no one informed anything about this issue until today...
But he was talk patiently and very polite.

Then he collect my painter phone number and spoke to him .
The executive said he will come

But not yet appeared...

Now I understand..

Every day ..there is a

TOMORROW...
Never ending...

Who came and take pictures..

Am not interested to share that details.

So now what I do next step??
Please advise me early as possible...

This mail I send to Berger Paints 22 April 2021.
But just a executive come and blamed us . that's all . And I send mail until company CEO also...
No more reply or investigations.
