Berger Paints — Cracks, paint peeling off, finishing and after paint cleaning issues

Address: C 909, Pacifica Hillcrest Phase 1 Apartment ,Financial District, Nanakaramguda

1. Cracks are formed at multiple places in wall where painting is done
2. Paint is getting peeled off at multiple places. This raises concern on the paint quality.
3. Finishing is not up to be mark in wall edges, wall corners and wall sides close to windows.
4. After paint completion, doors, floors and slabs were not cleaned and we had to arrange it separately. This was escalated via call to customer care. No action taken.
5. We had requested to re calculated the painting area in sqft, which was completely ignored
