I got the painting work done in 2018 end. I was told that they are giving 5 year warranty.
During pre-sales I have clearly shown the dampness marks to the pre-sales team and they assured that it will not occur again. After one year the same problem occurred. Now when I complained vide complaint no Complaint || Lead Request ID - LD[protected].
Following is their reply
Dear Sir,
Please refer to our reply dated 16th August 2021, wherein we have addressed all your issues at length and in detail. Additionally, with respect to your email dated 17th and 26th August 2021, please note that the job was undertaken more than 2 years back and it is always our concerted effort to provide the correct solution and advise to our customers, such that he/she receives the best possible outcome as per their expectation. In view hereof, we assure you that no moisture was present during the site inspection and accordingly no waterproofing advise was given by the team. The moisture may have developed over the passage of time due to various extraneous factors as explained in our earlier communication.
We do not have anything more to add to the aforesaid. We request you to take the aforesaid on record.
