Firstly, the people working were completely unprofessionals. The person incharge here ( Mr. Abdur Rehman) visited and filled the customer copy with just the services we are taking and the amount, which actually was to be filled with the details like cracks, p.h etc.
Secondly, The major issue is they assured us that these all services ( written in customer copy) have 5 years warranty. Now, every wall in our home is peeling off badly.
We contacted the customer care, Abdur Rehman who is incharge visited the site and denied the fact saying that this is due the dampness in walls and doesn’t come under warranty. You have to pay for this service . Also, we came to know that the contractor has left the job and is denying to work here.
The issue is that this is a fraud done with us because we were not informed about the warranty guidelines at the time we were paying for the services( we were assured that waterproofing is also covered in warranty )
The business development manager Mr. Saksham Tripathi is very unprofessional and rude. He and Abdur rehman has completely denied that he wont allow anyone to work here and if we are paying then only he’ll send someone.
Who’s at fault if the customer was not informed about these rules and regulations?
According to the customer forum act this is the customer’s right to be informed .
I want the peeling and dampness problem to be solved soon because we have spent a lakh on this service.
Never thought that Berger paints would appoint so unprofessional staff and people.
