Recently my new house painting in progresse, they applied water proof putty, primer and first coat paint. Now the first coat paint itself full of weed.

See the attached photo

And your consultant supervisor also not available in the site,

I contact him but he never available in site when we required.

I have painted my new house with Berger Paint Emulsion all Guard in March 2017. after an year all the exterior wall had very dirty with fungus with black color.
