I'm highly dissatisfied with the way things were done. The job wasn't up to the mark at all, doesn't suit the brand name 'Berger' has got. I reached out to you instead of giving the job to some local worker, with a belief and trust that I would get nice quality work without any hassle. However, the job done by your workers was way ridiculous and even worse than what a local worker would have done. Mr Pranit and his colleagues were never prompt to answer any of the queries and were always reluctant. The workers left the site midway, without completing all the duties and since I could not hold the client for long while just waiting for your guys to come back, I had to hire another local painter to finish the leftover tasks, which resulted in paying more fees to that person as well. Overall, extremely, extremely disappointed. If there was an option, I would have given a negative rating for this service and also wanted full refund of all the money I have paid since it is completely not worth it.
