I was given an appointment at 3pm for site inspection for waterproofing service. I called the person named partha roy to confirm the time at 2 pm before leaving for the site. At 3.15pm, he called me to say that he will be slightly late, should be able to reach by 3.30pm. I called again at 4 when he didn't reach by then, & was told that he should be able to reach in ½ an hour which extended to 2 hours + but the person never turned up. My client waited for more than an hour and left. I kept calling the person but he didn't answer the phone. Finally when he answered the phone he informed that he will not be able to meet & disconnected. Post that did not take the call anymore.
Such unprofessional attitude and harassment is not tolerable. I am losing business for this callous behaviour. This is base before i start my work of interior decoration of the flat.
I lost precious time during this pandemic situation, traveling & standing the whole afternoon with no consideration. I would like redressal against my complain with a proper explanation. With this kind of client treatment, i am sceptical about referring the brand in future. Was this information helpful? |
