Best deal tv - channel no. 135 of videocon d2h
On 22nd february, 2016, while watching channel no. 135 of best deal tv in videocon d2h, we saw an advertisement of lister assorted led bulbs of roshan e jashn. They shown the following:
12w – 2 nos. / 7w – 2 nos. / 5w – 3 nos. / 3w – 5 nos. / total – 12 nos. For rs. 999/-
We liked the lister led bulbs set and ordered thru on line thru “best dealtv” website site on 22/02/16, vide their order no. 1118173 on cod basis.
After 22nd feb, there was no sms/ e-mail confirmation from them for many days, we started talking to them on phone. After several calls, they arranged dispatch of the assorted led bulbs.
On 1st march, 16, the box was delivered to us by gati courier, received by a lady in the house. She paid rs. 1000/-cash as it was on cod basis and kept the box un-opened.
On my return from office in the evening, i saw the box. To my utter shock and surprise, the box was cut open from the top and transparent tape pasted on it. I immediately suspected the box was tampered and something fraud has happened.
I opened the box and was shocked to see that all the bulbs were replaced with local broken bulbs / brands changed. We immediately called best deal tv at[protected] and informed about the situation. They advised us to take pictures of the replaced bulbs, covers, & to send back the box with led bulbs to them and that they shall replace the bulbs, but refused for refund of rs. 1000/-.
On 2nd march, packed the box in as it is condition and sent the courier back to best deal tv by paying courier charges to gati courier. As per them, gati courier charges was also refundable. (Total cost involved in this order is rs. 1000 + rs. 225/-).
Then we again informed best deal tv at[protected] that we have handed over the packet to gati courier vide their docket #[protected] dated 02/03/16 and requested to replace the led bulbs on priority.
To our one more shock, now these people are not picking up our calls / disconnecting our calls and ignoring us totally. They are not replying to any of our mails as well. This clearly indicates that after taking back their own items and cash, they are not in a mood to replace our ordered items.
We are service class people and rs. 1000/- is a big money for us and by doing fraudulent activities, they want to make money. God knows with how many people they have already made money without supplying them their ordered items. There seems to be full gang behind this fraudulent activity.
We seek your intervention in this case and request you to kindly arrange refund of rs. 1225/- at the earliest.
