Sir,
On dated 11/10/2017, i have made a purchase of rs.5896.73 at best price outlet in zirakpur (Punjab) by using atm/debit card issued by bom, against this singal purchase bank deducted the amount twice from my saving account no: [protected].in writing last month i have made a request to my branch manager at zirakpur and further also reminded him but still no amount credited in my account, you are requested to kindly look into the issue and solve my complaint.
