I was visited your Raipur store on 1st of July 2012. I have moved in to garment section after completing my grocery shopping.that mr . santosh came & ask me What size you want
I said 32 no ……
He replyed to me Itna Bada Bada Likha hai Phir bi Dikhta nahi hai.
Then I have asked the all to Mr Ajay (Floor manager) then he asked to fill up the feedback form only didn’t.discuss with santosh……

So take some action against them to improve your services
