I am regular traveler in Bidadi route to Majestic, nowadays unable to get
Majestic route buses due to shortage of buses, in morning hours i.e around 7.00AM to 8.00 AM, very rarely buses will fly to Majestic whereas most of the buses are connected to Market (every 2 minutes buses are available to market) we are office going people suffering to get majestic route buses & getting late to office daily, even drivers...

Today while making a payment through UPI, I paid Rs 28 instead of Rs 18 for fare from Kadugodi Metro station to Sai Lakshmi Bus stop. There is no way the conductor can make any refund it seems. Is it really so? how to make a correction for such human error, could you please provide some provision?...
