The issue that I have experienced was: For order no.[protected] bewakoof guys gave me a wrong product, for which i have created the service ticket immediately on the same day. Where I have got the response that they have confirmed that the warehouse has dispatched the right product. Where I have already provided them the photo of the product with the tag that they haven't given me the right product. At the same day when i raised a complaint, I have selected for the return of the product but it was not picked up from my house even after multiple attempt of sending them the emails. During this I have received another order no. 47973196 which I have ordered from them, that was not as per my likings so I have created a return request for the same. Which they picked up on the same day and was supposed to return my money to the wallet which they haven't. Further on the next day 47835971 was picked up but they haven't given me my money back in the bewakoof wallet and after sometime they blocked my account stating that there is suspicious activity from my side and I have given them the non bewakoof product. Due to which they have blocked my account. Since then I am creating multiple service tickets with them and they have been giving me different answer for why the account was blocked, where they stated it has been blocked cos i have return 59 products and 14 cancellation due to which it has been blocked. Further there is nothing return on their site that after 59 returned products they will block my account. After which i have replied to them that i don't want the account, but return me my money i.e. 463 + 500 + 65 rupees for the order return and the balance amount in the wallet. But that is all in vain cos they aren't returning my money back. So i require your help in getting my hard earn money i.e. 1065 rupees back in my bank account.
I have attached the pics of the wrong product they delivered and the amount they have to credit in my bewakoof account with the balance amount of 75 .

The balance has been expired cos of you guys blocking my account. If you can't give me my back in my account add the expired promotinal balance so that i can purchase anything with all credits and end this once and for all cos now i am really tortured cos of this services.
First you guys say that i have returned you a non bewakoof product so you have blocked my account, later on you guys say that i have returned 61 order and cancelled 14 order, so you have blocked my account and that my account couldn't be unblocked, so i have to create new account. And now you are saying that my account is unblocked and i have to use the balance of rs 382 or else it is going to expire as rs. 434 has expired.
So KINDLY RETURN ME MONEY IN MY WALLET OF RS. 434 AND ALSO EXTENTED THE EXPIRE OF WALLET RS. 382. SO THAT I CAN USE IT ALL AND END THIS CHARDE OF FOLLOWING UP.
ITS CLEARLY YOUR FAULT DUE TO WHICH THE AMOUNT HAS BEEN EXPIRED
