Bewakoof — shirts for women

I have ruturned 4 tshirts but dont get the refund back after 1 month was over please solve my problem my return id are 31007678, 31007680, 31202240, 31202304 this are my bewakoof tshirts id which i returned and 1 or 1half month is over but i dont get my refund back i make so many complaint but dont get any respond please solve this problem whenever i go to my return order it always be like request placed and no respond of it

The product was ordered in a month of October and due to size issue I wanted to exchange it. We placed request for return twice but had no one coming for pickup. Very disappointed by such pathetic service
