Beyoung — Refund not received

I had ordered one jogger from beyoung and i returned it on the same day i.e, on 31/01/2023 but till now I didn't receive my refund its been 17 days now. Nobody is responding properly from the company side . They are just saying that they have transferred the money and can't do anything. Please help me. It amount to 998 Rs.

Updated by ManishShakya Many times I tried to talk to beyoung customer care but they don't listen anything just says we can't do anything .Worst customer service any company can give.
