Product not shipped after 10 days of order

I placed order on 23rd March 2025. Until 1st April 2025 my T-Shirt was not even Shipped. This company is 420 and not to be trusted. DONT PAY THEM, DONT BUY FROM THEM....

organized online theft

I placed an order from their site, however after waiting for 6 days there was no update on my order, when I inquired about the status they responded with some vague excuses. I told them that I want to cancel my order and that they should initiate a refund, but they are trying to deflect the issue and ignore my request. Looking at online reviews I've come to know that they have a system/model that exploits and steal money from the customers....

Cloths bundle

Fake scammer website with prepaid money given to buy clothes but no delivery just fake courier tracking number with no update on delivery.
Expected delivery already lapsed. No update on delivery and already have paid in advance.
PLEASE BEWARE AND DONT PURCHASE. REPORT WEBSITE AND CALL BANK AND PAYMENT VENDOR TO STOP Shivam (Owner) from taking money from innocent customer...

Exchange item not dispatched

I had contacted support team several times and even raised ticket regarding the issue but no help whatsoever. I had placed a combo later just asked the support team how to exchange the 2 XL size product with L size. But even before I could reply or give my permission to do the same they initiated the exchange. However even after 15 days the exchange is showing processing The exchange is not even dispatched yet. I am only getting replies that...

I placed my order on 31st March on beyoung website and still i havent received my order. When checking the order status it is just showing as order placed. I tried to get in touch with customer support but they take geel lot of time to reply and when we check the reply they already gone and again i have to start the chat from the first

    I have not received my order 4087490 which was placed on 2nd April 2024 and I have not received refund of another order 4063918 which was cancelled on 1st April 2024.

    It's been almost 2 weeks and there is no update from your end. Please look into this matter as soon as possible....

    Not cancelling my order

    I ordered shirt on 7th April, it showed delivery by 14th April, I asked them to cancel it but they said it will be delivered within 4-5 days. They refused to cancel it. Yesterday on asking them I got to know that it is out of stock. Now I'm trying to get it cancel and gety refund, but they are not responding....

    I had ordered one jogger from beyoung and i returned it on the same day i.e, on 31/01/2023 but till now I didn't receive my refund its been 17 days now. Nobody is responding properly from the company side . They are just saying that they have transferred the money and can't do anything. Please help me. It amount to 998 Rs....

    Payment not received

    Sir, I had placed an online order through Beyoung consisting of 2 cargo joggers on 16.10.2023 at 08:26 AM.
    Even mail regarding successful payment came but the order summary doesn’t reflect the same. Moreover same items are there in my cart and app prompts me to complete the payment.
    The same issue was raised to seller and they denied of getting any such order. I have confirmed with bank that the payment is successful.br...

    Amount was deducted even though the order was not placed

    I have placed an order on 28th August 2023 for a pack of 3 polo t-shirts combo.
    I have used the Cred Pay option for payment during checkout and used my credit card on Cred Pay.
    The amount of 1299 has been deducted from my credit card and is being reflected on Cred Pay as well as my credit card app but the order was not placed due to some reason on their site and also there was no order ID generation.

    For the first time I purchased clothes from beyoung.in and the experience was horrible. They are providing low quality products and not accepting return even if return is applicable. There is no customer care number where we can contact. This is totally a fraud company....

    4 t-shirts

    I've ordered 4 XL size plain t-shirts which was way too big then the normal XL size so I've exchanged it with L size which I was expecting smaller but it was the same as XL, there was not such difference and the main concern is poor quality of the T-shirts. It is not at all up to the mark and not even just similar to the picture as shown in the website. I want to return the product and wants refund for the same. Kindly provide me the solution...

    It has been more than 8 days since I ordered the product. I.e. 2 white plain T-shirts and 1 printed T-shirts. And I got the same messages everyday for these 8 days which says " your ordered has been packed" but no progress
    And the expected delivery time is 3 to 4 days.
    I raised my issue through email and help chat but I didn't get any effective response from the company.
