I have ordered for a HTC One E8 on Bhaap.com on April 15, 2015 vide order No.[protected] by making a payment through my credit card. However, despite of my repeated complaints thereafter on their website, I have neither received my product nor have they responded to any of my complaints. If i try to connect to them on phone then I get a standard recorded message that 'WE ARE BUSY, WE HAVE NOTED YOUR NUMBER AND WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY'....

I had ordered a toothbrush holder from BHAAP.COM on Sept 11 2014. According to their website, the item would be delivered within 10 days of the order placed. When it did not arrive within 10 days, I wrote an email to them asking for the status of my order. This is their response on 4th Oct 2014 : Hi Nigar, Due to long holiday unfortunately there has been a delay in procuring stock with the supplier to fulfil your order. We are working...
