Bhaap.com — Non-receipt of product ordered

I have ordered for a HTC One E8 on Bhaap.com on April 15, 2015 vide order No.[protected] by making a payment through my credit card. However, despite of my repeated complaints thereafter on their website, I have neither received my product nor have they responded to any of my complaints. If i try to connect to them on phone then I get a standard recorded message that 'WE ARE BUSY, WE HAVE NOTED YOUR NUMBER AND WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY'. However, they never responded back nor they have sent my product. They are not even refunding my amount debited by them. I will suggest every body not to waste your money on Bhaap. Request you to kindly intervene & ask them to send me the product or refund me the amount paid (Rs.30, 999/-). Kindly take some action against such fraud companies who cheat people like us.
