Bharat Bill Pay — Regarding electricity bill paid but payment not updated by biller

I have paid 2000 rupees bill amount to Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) on[protected].

My consumer number is [protected].

I have received transaction reference no HD[protected].

But when I have checked on MGVCL.in, I found that 2000 rupees is not reflected in my account.

Submitted complaint with complaint id HD[protected] but no response received.
