I have paid 2000 rupees bill amount to Madhya Gujarat Vij Company Limited (MGVCL) on[protected].

My consumer number is [protected].

I have received transaction reference no HD[protected].

But when I have checked on MGVCL.in, I found that 2000 rupees is not reflected in my account.

Submitted complaint with complaint id HD[protected] but no response received....

I made my electricity bill payment of rs.890 on 15.04.2020 through google pay from my icici account the amount is debited from my account but the process failed. I have also raised dispute on 17.04.2020 but got no response. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
