I applied for fastag on 20.11.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hfr455437, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

But till now, pdf application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

I am trying to call the toll free number provided fastag applications since last two weeks but no one is answering or the number is continuously busy. First time i am facing such horrible service from hdfc.
