I applied for fastag on 20.11.2019 at their website. I got an application reference number as hfr455437, where it is mentioned that pdf application will be sent to your registered mail id and representative will contact me. I have already made payment of rs. 500/- through online transaction.

But till now, pdf application has not been sent on my mail neither any representative contacted me till now.

Dear sir/madam,

Three days before i applied for hdfc fastag.in which while doing payment it charged me rs. 500 whereas on-site rs. 300 was mentioned. Though i made the payment but after that, it was displayed on the screen that pdf will be sent on my mail id. But i did not received any mail.
Also kindly provide the status of the fastag application with reference number hfr 455437.
