[Resolved]  Bharat Gas — online booking failure

I am unable to make online booking since last month. I was told to submit application form o[censored]pdating mobile no. and I had submitted the same to Sai Gas Co., Antop Hill, but still I am unable to make online booking .Login is not possible. Earlier i.e. till July I used to do online booking with my user id and password. Now it shows login failed. and if I show forgot password and fill details, it shows input date incorrect. It is harassment when one is attending duties from morning to night online booking should be possible easily.

I had booked refill on 19/06/2018 booking no 33053.The payment of Rs 667 was made through UPI mode. The amount was debited from my Airtel payment bank.but Bharat gas site showed payment failure hence Delivery of refill took on cash payment. Ccavenue Confirmed having receipt of payment. But still amount not refunded back to me inspite of repeated complaints with customer care
My Bharat gas consumer No is 103052.

I had booked refill on 04/10/2018 booking no 89929.The payment of Rs 874 was made through debit card mode. The amount was debited from my Syndicate bank.but Bharat gas site showed payment pending. Ccavenue Confirmed having receipt of payment. But still amount not refunded back to me inspite of repeated complaints with customer care
My Bharat gas consumer No is 39288.
Please rectify this problem ASAP.

Am unable to book my cylinder in online. This is first time am facing the issue. Please note, already given all my KYC long time back. Kindly advise.
