Bharat Gas — online payment issue

I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on bharatgas app 26/3/2020 and made online payment using bhim app. Amount ₹ 796 was deducted from my account but in bharatgas app showing payment status as failure. Payment made through ccavenue and transaction i'd is[protected] [via bhim app]. I got money debited sms from my union bank of india account and also in bhim app transaction status shows successful but in bharatgas app payment status shows failure and no amount refunded to my account as this transaction get failed so what can i do now as lockdown all helpline services are closed so submitting my complaint here pls check and do the needful 🙏🙏
