Bharat Matrimony — Premium is not working

My matrimony ID is H12968965. I subscribed as a premium member on 1st Feb 2024 and today is 6th feb 2024. i called many a times in this company and tried to get connect with the manager but the staff was so rude and disrespectful. when i have premium they told that we would send 14 profile a day of your preference but after i bought premium they are not picking my call and saying that we cannot do anything regarding this. SIR/MAAM i want my refund as your are not able to provide the service. our contract is of 2 side i completed mine but you are not able to complete yours. i am requesting you to please provide the servies or i want my refund.
