My Gas Consumer No is 11664 and I had booked the cylinder on 16.01.2016. The Agency is Sreevidhya Agencies Panthherankave Kozhikode Kerala. They did not deliver the cylinder so far. They have delivered the cylinder to our neighbor who booked on 22.01.2016. I asked them about this and they shouted at me using bad words.This is not the first time I am experiencing the same behaviour from the agency. Please take action against them for trobling the customers and make arrangements to deliver my cylinder. Your immediate action will be appreciated.
