I have booked bharat gas lpg cylinder on 27.09.2020 and made payment using upi Amount of rs 609 ALSO multifie deducted from my account but is showed payment status: failure. I have neither received any payment confirmation from bharat gas site nor amount refunded to my account till date.
I also had to pay in cash to receive the cylinder.

I am booked my cylinder online on our BHARAT GAS app but online payment failed In that case cylinder delivered in cash or Not because I have not book cylinder again in our app shows your cylinder already booked. Till time my cylinder not delivered What I do please help me for resolved this issue Asap
