Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Change of bad conditioned gas cylinder

Sir i am santosh rajpoot. i am bharat gas customer, my adress is 123 a karrhi petrol line barra kanpur nagar -208027 (UP). sir my gas connection is in Hanumant gas agency which is situated also in karrhi barra.my gas connection number is 7243. Sir today[protected] for filling my gas cylender i went to hanumant gas agency, make payment 647 rup and when i was taking cylender i saw that the cylender was very bad and poor conditioned from bottom side.the cylender's sheet of bottom side was very rough conditioned. looking that kind of cylender i said to staff for not open the seal and change the cylender.staff of that agecy has ignored my request completely and break the seal of cylender and said to me that'you will have to take this cylender. i denied his order and moving his owner's cabin then that staff said to me " hum bevkoof nhi h jo tumhara cylender ki dekhrekh kareinge chori ho gaya to hamari jimmedari nhi hogi, apna cylender uthao aur le ke jao". these kind of language he used to me.then i made a phone call to the hanumant gas agence owner's mobile number "[protected]" and explained my problem then he said 'now seal of cylender has been opened so i can't take it back.due to very dissappointing behaviour of agency's owner and staff, i took that cylender and went to homebut ' IF ANY KIND OF ACCIEDENT OR CASUALITY WILL BE HAPPENED THENOWNER OF HANUMANTGAS AGENCY, BHARAT GAS WILL BE THE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT" sir i am paying 647 rup then i am not deserve good conditioned gas cylender ???? BHARAT GAS NOT INTERESTED IN SECURITY OF THIER CUSTOMERS ???? PLZ DO SOMETHING
