I with my husband visited at BPCL petrol pump (Shree Radharani) situated at budge budge M G Road, Kolkata 700137 to refill the petrol on 13.04.2024 at 6.44 PM approx in the evening. Arter refilling we went for making online payment. At the desk there were 3 QR code for payment. They have not said that on which we have to make payment. We made the payment on the QR code which was kept on the desk. After making payment machine speaker also confirmed for receiving the payment. And after that we were ready to move from there. Suddenly they stopped us and shouted on us badly "Hey Stop where are you going? on which QR code you made the payment why did you not the payment on the QR code stuck on the wall of the desk?" and again started to misbehave with us just like we are thief and we are making a crime there. Again they said What is your name? We replied and also asked that why they have kept three QR code there? They started arguing with us in front of another customer. We were leaving but still they were commenting behind us. BPCL can also chek thier CCTV footage for the incident.
I have the following queries from BPCL:
1. I want to ask you if we should have not made payment on that QR code then why that QR code was kept there?
2. Also they have right to ask and confirm the payment but the way that ask was very bad and not tolerable.
I am very much upset with the behaviour of BPCL staff with the customers.
