Bharat Petroleum [BPCL] — Regarding payment

Dear Sir/Mam i refill the fuel at BPCL petrol pump in sec-69 {Faridabad} but unfortunately my online payment goes in pending section i make another payment for refilling But unfortunately my pending payment success in favor of BPCL account.
I want to BPCL please look into matter this matter i am not blaming anyone but when i went to petrol pump {more then 7times} every time they said to me "Came tomorrow".
