DEAR KULWINDER SINGH JI I AM SHOCKED ABOUT MY LAST BILL THAT IS RS. 409.78. IN THIS BILL THEIR IS NO ANY RENTAL PLAN IS GIVEN. YOU ARE ONLY CHARGING FOR NET. WHY THIS HAPPEN TO ME??? OR THIS IS YOUR BASIC POLICY FOR ANY CUSTOMER WHOM PORTING FROM ONE NETWORKING TO OTHER. FOR ME THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME, I AM PORTING..SO PLEASE CLARIFY THAT WHAT ARE THE BASIC RULES FOR PORTING TO OTHER NETWORK. MY BILL PLANE WAS 299 WHEN I HAD COME ON YOUR NETWORK BY PORTING FROM OTHER NETWORK. YOU WERE CHARGING ME FOR ONLY MIN DAYS ON BILL PERIOD BY MY PLANE WHICH IS 299 COMBO. SO PLEASE DO CLARIFY ME YOUR DOUBLE STANDARD MEASUREMENT FOR THE CUSTOMERS. MOST IMPORTANT QUESTION IS THAT ON WHAT BASIS YOU HAVE TO CHARGE THIS AMOUNT RS. 409.78 TO ME, I HAD ALREADY PLAN 299 COMBO. I THINK THIS VERY IN LOGICAL AND OUT OF RULES AND REGULATION.
