I am representing my issue since more then a month, but no satisfactory response from Airtel, Ministry of Tele communication & Telephone Regulatory Authority of India. I am legal immigrant o[censored]S, left India on January 18, 2016. I have Airtel simcard, I am only using what app through wi fi, even then Airtel had charged me for incoming /outgoing calls. [2] Airtel had activated International roaming facility since i had pre paid plan, but how Int Roaming gets activated only for pre paid plan not for post paid, 7 how Airtel can charge when consumer is still at Indian Int Airport.

It is shocking Regulator do not take effective action.This issue related to mobile no-[protected]. I received many calls even at midnight, though i was not entitled to pay any charge since using what app through wi fi, once while picking up handset at midnight, handset fell down, from portion damaged, display went off. I have demanded new handset, no money .But Airtel lacks
