After purchasing 4g internet connection(Data Card) there is no 4g / 3g signals available and getting 2g internet signals, when tried reaching customer care department( [protected], number provided in airtel data card) more than 10 times even after expalining situation no is providing solutions instead they are telling I have reached wrong department and disconnecting the calls. I'm trying to get refund or new connection with proper 4g connectivity.
