I regret & inform, despite there is sufficient balance, i could not make any outgoing calls on
15 & 16 of this month. Message came as "your balance is insufficient"
Please consider, when some one wants to make urgent call and if outgoing call is not allowed
How subscriber/consumer shall feel?
Please resolve this issue on permanent basis.
[2] please display previous balance & validity period as well as new balance & validity period.
