I am facing very bad experience with the Airtel Broad band customer care team.
I have joined in new office which is very near to my own house. So I have shifting to their from present location. So I asked Airtel Customer care executive to disconnect the broad band internet connection because my 12 months plan is going to exhaust.
immediately the executive asked the reason why I am going to disconnect the connection.
I explained him saying that I am shifting to new location which is at address
House no 4-96, Rajireddy colony, Dammaiguda, 500083 Pin Code. and also building construction work is in under progress and it will takes another 3months of time to finish the construction. in this condition I am unable to use internet over their.
the customer care executive him self convinced to take safe custardy option for 3 months and the connection shifting request after 3moths. to do these process and 12months plan, from reconnection date to 12 months, they asked to pay 3976/- Indian rupees.
I asked him to check for the connection possibilities at new location and also for 40mbps speed. and he confirmed me both connection and net speed 40mbps.
after taking confirmation from Airtel customer care executive I have paid the amount.
After 2.5 months I have called for a re-connection they said it will be connected on 13 Saturday July 2019, I am waiting for it . now the customer executive called and said that there is no connection possibilities in your new location, and they are forcing me to confirm the disconnection request.
I have browsed in online about Airtel broadband connections in my new location and it is their beside my colony (PS Rao Nager 500083 pin code )which is next to my lane.
Immediately called to customer care and asked to connect it. But they are regretting for it. Because they did something wrong past communication with customer care.
Please look into it for good relationship with customers. ( lot of conversations are also their with customer care from last MAY 2019 please check)
I have paid amount in advance on 29 MAY 2019 of Indian Rupees RS 3967/- without using any service from Airtel Broadband.and Airtel is confirmed that in phone call with customer care executive 3976/- Rs full amount will be Refunded in 45days these conversation is happened on 16th July 2019.
now every day they are calling and saying that they will pay only balance excess amount of Rs. 1722.28/-. which is not correct. without providing connection and service to customer, they are deducting the amount which I have paid in advance. they are simply creating problems to customers. and delaying refund amount.
