Hello airtel,
1- Airtel billing system is incorrectly charging monthly rent every month
2- I explained to Airtel every time and requested to correct my billing from next month but AIRTEL failed to provide any resolution yet.
3- Refer SR 19286197 and see AIRTEL is accepting billing mistake but saying AIRTEL SYSTEM is not allowing to pass the waiver against wrong charges.
4- Every month i have been asked to call AIRTEL and ask for waiver for wrong billing which is never ending process.
5- Why CUSTOMER should call everymonth for AIRTEL FAULTY BILLING SYSTEM.
