I have bought Bharti Axa- Aajivan Sampatti Plus plan in 2015 and that also from Robinhood insurance ltd (Now Beeinsuared.com), at the time of Policy selling both the companies behavior was extraordinarily good to me because they wanted to sell their product and now None of them respond to my complaint positively after 56days of registering my complaint.
Problem is, the benefits explained at the time of policy selling is totally different and verryy verryy less compared to Actual Benefits and total payout as per Bharti AXA. I agreed to buy policy because the benefits explianed were as follows:
-I have to pay monthly premium of 5400 INR for total 15 years.
-Annual payout will start after 6th year of policy commencement that will be 34000
-Annual payout after 10th year will be 64000.
_And MAIN THING IS "THERE IS FACILITY OF CLAIMING LUMP-SUM AMMOUNT AFTER 17TH YEAR OF POLICY COMMENCEMENT AND THE AMMOUNT WILL BE 22Lacs INR.
But before1 month when i contacted Bharti AXA for Some explanation regarding policy they explained completely different plan and i was shocked like electrocuted, again i tried calling that Mr. Ibrahim from robinhood insurance, but they said ibrahim has left the job, I tried explaining them my trouble and kind of fraud they have done to me. they listened it genuinely but response was ZERO
Bharti AXA also replied after 56 Days that, I have to continue with this policy as i came to know about this Fraud after15 days freelock period of policy.. they give excuse like "my renewal premium was regular that means i was verry happy with policy.. "
I want to Clarify that I complained only when i got doubt of fraud from some source and after talking with Bharti axa customer care executive regarding Actual benefits of policy, till then i was trusting both the companies to the best so there is no use of 15 days free lock period.
And My Monthly premium was deducted using ECS facility so it must be regular and after knowing the fraud i myself wanted to Stop that monthly premium since August-2016 but i didnt do this because i dont want to Create new dispute from my side of Policy Discontinuation or Policy Lapse whatever it is.
as per actual policy i ll pay total 9, 00, 000 Rs. at the end of 15years premium and will get Sum insured of 4, 10, 000 only. after 85th year of my age. and there is no facility of lump sum amount after 17th year of policy, which was explained during policy selling, that agent emphasize on this lump sum amount and i asked him very clearly at that time again and again for giving me copy of that presentation which he explained me, but he responded ignoring way.
Till Now i have paid total premium of arround 1, 50, 000 rs.and i want my all money back, i dont trust them anymore, already Registered Grievance on their respective site but they respond just to safeguard there Customer care policy of 14days response time, never solved the actual problem.
