I am having an agency code with BHARTI AXA LIFE INSURANCE COMPANY LTD. license no. BALI697733 Since 25 Sep 2023 .

Received a call in December 2023 on behalf of Bharti Axa where an agent Rajesh Malik contacted me to purchase the Bharti Axa elite life advantage policy.

Mr Rajiv Mallik sold me a policy last December stating the following policy benefits -
1. Medical Coverage for 5 lakhs for my mother and myself including pre-existing illnesses
2. Life insurance
3. Tax exemption
4. Cashback of Rs 20000 on 50000...

An agent named Ashish Chauhan (+91 [protected]) contacted me in the month of May 2023 claiming an employee of Aditya Birla Finance. He said Aditya birla is offering loan against Bharti axa elite advantage plan at 4.9% interest and I would need to buy the policy in order to be eligible for loan amount of Rs 10 lacs.

After purchasing the policy, he delayed the loan process and exhausted the policy cancellation period of 30 days....

I appliade to bharti axa for policy and also done payment for same.
But after 15 days i not receive my policy so i realize about bhartiaxa service
Meanwhile i connected my agent and told him for cancellation. he said he rise request for cancelation of policy. after 5-6 days i followup for my cancelation and again my agent Mr.Tasneem kauser at bharti axa branch lucknow. and he told me my cancelation is approved and now in retention...
