I am having a Skoda Rapid registered against HR26CN3811. This car I am using under a car lease policy.
How a Insurance company harassed customer

1- Third week of June 2016 I have given my car to workshop (Griraj Motors Gurgaon), same day submitted all the documents required for insurance claim as suggested by Suman from Griraj Motros.
2- Vikram from Bharti AXA provided approval on documents and work has been started. I have also given verbal approval.
3- Somewhere mid of September, car was fixed by workshop guys.
4- I follow up multiple times with Vikram for the DO, after keeping my documents for 3 months he asked following documents
a) Claim form need to be signed by Director
b) PanCard of Director
5- I have provided all above documents also, now again in August timeframe BhartiAXA guys found out, that policy name and address proof name are different (Because my company got acquired), Mr. Ashok from BhartiAXA asked me apply for RC name change (so they can release the DO, only receipt would be good enough), I did that on priority and submitted the Receipt from RTO Gurgaon.
6- Mr. Ashok from Bharti AXA told me after getting the receipt, now we need actual RC (After name change). Receipt not suffice to release the DO.
7- Two Weeks before I have submitted RC (name changed) also and also get the name changed on policy.
8- Now I am following up like anything with BhartiAXA but no one ready to give me a satisfactory answer or Date to release the DO.
9- Last Friday I was asked to submit PAN card copy of SymphonyTeleca (old name of Company) and HarmanConnected Services(Current name of My company)
10- Last Monday I have submitted these PAN cards copy also.
From last six month Bharti AXA asking me for documents one by one but zero result.
