I have car insurance. I have applied for the claim no C1135281 .. But first they have not approved my full claim .And for partial claim when I ask the address to courier the bills and NEFT details for settlement there are no reply from them.. It is completely fraud feels cheated

As per the confirmation from our concern claims team, the damages on LH Side view mirror are concurrent to the nature of loss has been approved.
The damage on RH side doesn’t correlate with the cause of loss, hence denied.
Request You to please provide us the Repairing bill & NEFT details for the further process of the claim.
