[Resolved] Bharti Axa — Rejected the claim by saying accident will not cover

Please dont take any policy from this worst company. Make you run always at the time of claim. Very cheap behavior of employees while going for claim and finally rejected. They said if i met with an accident then insurance will not cover, you should have some diseases then only claim can be given. I am having my insurance from last five years even though no proper response. They only know to sell policy. I was supposed to give zero rating but no option here, as i had to pay rs.27000 to hospital from my pocket even after having insurance from this stupid company. They looks good only in tv advertisement not in real.

PLEASE DONT TAKE ANY POLICY FROM THIS WORST COMPANY. MAKE YOU RUN ALWAYS AT THE TIME OF CLAIM. Very cheap behavior of employees while going for claim and finally rejected.
