I am Avinash Karpe & policy holder of Bharti AXA General Insurance & Policy no .HAX/S8235453. I mate an accident on Sunday, 15 Jan & same intimate to call center that my cars both Bumper damage due to accident and narrate every thing with details to your call centre and on claim form, but the surveyor and Mr. Desai is denying to give my claim and arguing with me regarding accident.Its very clear my both front and rear bumper was damage on 15 Jan. and same picture send to your surveyor and Mr.desai by Mr. Pathak who is handling my car in Kundan Hyundai, Themax chowk, Pune.
As I know survey was not done properly i request you kindly arrange proper surveyor to revisit because i am in loss because my both bummer was damage and own suffering from monitoringly and also its was pending from last 1 week & its very difficult to transport without vehicle.it get affect (loss) to my business.i had taken policy from bharti AXA because somebody suggest me regarding but if such type of escalations and argument happen with customer then might i made mistake to transfer my policy from Bajaj to Bharti AXA.My only request to you please cover up my loss.
